Full Birth Doula Support
$1,200

This package is ideal for people seeking steady, compassionate support throughout pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum. This package includes in-person (or virtual) care and guidance before, during, and after your birth

Includes: 

 

  • Unlimited text, phone, and email support from the time you sign your contract through 6-weeks postpartum 
     

  • 24/7 on-call availability starting at 37 weeks
     

  • Two 90-minute prenatal meetings 
     

  • Support creating customized birth and postpartum plans (see package 3 for more details)
     

  • Continuous in-labor support, plus up to 2 hours of care after the baby is born
     

  • One 90-minute postpartum visit 

* This package also includes everything offered in the Birth Plan Support package (see Package 3).

Labor and Birth Support
$800

This package is ideal for those who want in-person labor support but do not want or need prenatal meetings or extended postpartum care. This package is perfect for later-in-pregnancy bookings.

Includes:

 

  • 24/7 on-call availability starting in the 37th week
     

  • Continuous in-labor support, plus up to 2 hours of care after the baby is born
     

  • One 90-minute postpartum visit

Note: Availability for this package is dependent on calendar openings. This package is ideal for clients booking at or after 37 weeks.

Birth Plan Support
$300

This package is ideal for anyone not seeking full doula care, but is interested in support preparing a birth plan and understanding their options with confidence.

Includes:

 

  • Two 90-minute sessions (online  or in person) to explore your birth preferences, options, and any questions you may have
     

  • A personalized, easy to understand, and clear to communicate birth plan based on your values, needs, and goals
     

  • Access to non-biased, evidence-based resources to help you make informed and empowered choices about your care
     

  • Guidance on how to communicate your plan to  your providers, partner(s) or family members, and/or birth team

Our Commitment to Accessible Services

We believe that everyone deserves compassionate, continuous support during pregnancy and birth, regardless of financial circumstances. Doula care has historically been inaccessible to many due to cost, and we are committed to changing that. We offer sliding scale pricing and flexible payment options, because cost should never be a barrier to care. Please reach out to us to discuss these options. 

If you are in the position to do so, you're warmly invited to contribute any amount above the listed service prices. These contributions go directly toward making doula services accessible to others in our community who may not be able to afford it.
